Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
What someone finds beautiful,
May be in contrast to what we think is beautiful.
The most outlandish thing to someone,
Could mean a great deal to someone else.
However, beauty does not lie in the object.
It is what lies within the object that makes it beautiful.
Beauty lies in the memory associated to the object,
It lies in a truth we are unaware of,
In a love we are unaware of.
To ridicule an object of beauty,
Is to blemish a memory,
To mar a truth,
To destroy a love.
‘A thing of beauty, is a joy forever’.
To ruin that object,
Is to ruin the joy that it brings to someone.
